We ship all orders with an ice pack and product should arrive cold to the touch. 

If you’ve ordered any raw turkey products, such as ground turkey or turkey tenderloins, we recommend freezing them until you are ready to cook them. 

Our smoked products are suitable unopened in your fridge for 30 days.

We ship orders once a week. Orders placed by noon CT on Monday will be delivered the same week. We will send a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We are unable to offer substitutions at this time.

Our shippable turkey boxes include a variety of our most popular items – from ground turkey to ready-to-eat smoked sausages – from free-range, antibiotic-free turkey from our third-generation farm.
