TurkeyFest
Our annual TurkeyFest celebration is your opportunity to pick up a fresh Thanksgiving turkey right on the farm! We take reservations for fresh turkeys, smoked turkeys, gravy, pies, and more to round out your holiday meal.While picking up your reservation items, we invite you to browse our on-farm market, which is stocked with local foods and gifts from more than 100 farmers and makers.
We have delicious food samples from local vendors (9am to 3pm) and a food truck on site daily (11am to 2pm) throughout TurkeyFest. Enjoy your lunch in our heated gazebo, The Coop.
Our market is located at 31659 Willow Trail in Cannon Falls, MN and is open 9 am to 6pm daily during TurkeyFest.

We’ll have a food truck from 11am to 2pm each day, serving lunch for purchase. Past food trucks include Brick Oven Bus, Nick’s Diner, and Bleu Dog Cafe.

Enjoy food samples daily from 9 am to 3 pm from our local vendors. Past vendors include Costa’s Candies, Lowry Hill Provisions, and Milton Creamery.
Fresh Turkey
From our farm to your table.
We raise a special flock of turkeys each year for our fresh turkey Thanksgiving program. These whole turkeys have never been frozen, but are kept at a “deep-chill” temperature (right at 32° F) so that they stay fresh for your holiday meal. Fresh turkeys save the hassle of thawing and cook faster than frozen turkeys.

When you arrive at our on-farm market:
- Park and find the “Start Here” table outside to check in
- Head inside to explore the market and pay
- Get back in your car and drive to our turkey truck to get your bird
We open fresh turkey reservations on our website in October. If you’re not already signed up for our newsletter, we encourage you to do so here. You’ll be notified when reservations are live, as well as receive other fun updates from our farm and market.

We raise a special flock that will be our fresh, free-range Thanksgiving turkeys and these birds have never been frozen. Because of that, our deep-chill fresh turkeys arrive at the store only days before your holiday meal.
