History
Our farm was founded by Dale Peterson, who had grown up in rural North Dakota and studied poultry science in college. He chose the land in the Little Cannon River Valley because of its ideal environment for raising turkeys outdoors. Soon after, Dale married Fern and together they fostered a family farm that has been running strong for three generations.
Partner Farms
Along with raising turkeys on our home farm, we work closely with partner farms that grow turkeys following our raising practices. We are proud to be able to expand opportunities for fellow independent, family farmers.
