When our founder Dale Peterson and his wife Fern began raising turkeys on our family farm in Cannon Falls, they did it the only way they knew how – without shortcuts. Eighty years later, that philosophy hasn’t changed.

WE'RE HIRING! 📣 We're looking for a part-time retail clerk to join our team. Primary responsibilities include customer service, stocking, sales check-out, and answering phones. Candidate must possess exceptional service skills and a team-oriented mindset. Chosen candidate will have a passion for local foods and enjoy sharing the stories behind our products. Position will be approximately 10-15 hours/week. Weekend availability and ability to work through the Thanksgiving season are required. Lots to explore outdoors! 🌱 If you’ve been on one of our summer farm tours, you may remember learning about our two free-range environments. This is an example of the first type, which includes a barn with access to a large outdoor yard. This flock will be here for another week and then move to our second type of free-range environment, living fully on grassy range.
