Summer Farm Tour
Saturday, July 18th | 9am to 11am
Once a year, we open our farm to the public to offer a behind-the-scenes look at what we do. We invite you to join us for hayride tours where you’ll see our free range turkeys up close and our farm practices in action. Inside our on-farm market, you can sample our turkey products and browse foods from more than 100 other local farmers and producers.
Our annual summer farm tour is free and fun for all ages. Our market is located at 31659 Willow Trail in Cannon Falls, MN.
Hayride Tours
Journey Through the Farm
Hear from the third generation of Petersons involved in the farm – John (Farmer and Owner) and Katie (Marketing and Communications manager) – on a guided hayride tour. The tours run between 9am and 11am and last approximately 20 minutes.

Answers to questions about our Summer Farm Tour
Because we’re a working farm and very mindful of biosecurity, we’re only able to offer a public farm tour day once a year. If you visit our market during the temperate months, you will often see our turkeys out on pasture.
You can check in with our team outside of our market (look for anyone wearing a turkey t-shirt). We’ll give you a ticket for a hayride tour and let you know when it’s time to get onboard. Each tour lasts about 20 minutes. You’ll have a chance to visit our on-farm market before or after your tour to shop and sample our products.
Our summer farm tour is free and no reservations are needed. Just show up between 9am and 11am on the day of the event.
