All of our raw turkey products are 100% gluten-free, as they are made in a facility that contains no gluten ingredients.

Our cooked and smoked products are made in facilities where all of the equipment is cleaned thoroughly between production runs to avoid potential cross contamination. The facilities may handle other ingredients containing gluten, so we can’t make a gluten-free certified claim.

Our Turkey Beer Bratwurst contains gluten.
