We ship all orders with dry ice and products should arrive cold to the touch. 

If you’ve ordered any raw turkey products, such as ground turkey or turkey tenderloins, we recommend freezing them until you are ready to cook them. 

Our smoked products are suitable unopened in your fridge for 30 days.

Orders are shipped once a week. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.

Due to box weight and shipping logistics, we are unable to offer substitutions at this time.
